Our spreadsheets are instant digital downloads. Tell us what's wrong and we'll make it right.
When we always help
- The file is damaged, does not open or does not work as described: we fix it or send a working file. If we cannot, you get a full refund.
- You were charged twice by mistake: we refund the duplicate.
- You didn't receive your download link: we resend it.
How to ask for help or a refund
Send us a message through our contact form with your order number and a short description of the problem. Approved refunds are paid by our payment partner to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
EU/UK customers
Digital downloads and your right of withdrawal
Our products are digital content delivered immediately by download. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right ends once delivery has started, if:
- you gave your express prior consent to delivery starting during the withdrawal period, and
- you acknowledged that you would therefore lose your right of withdrawal, and
- we confirmed this to you on a durable medium (your order confirmation email).
(Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m); in Poland Art. 38(1)(13) of the Consumer Rights Act, ustawa o prawach konsumenta. UK: Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 37.)
At checkout you will see a required tick box with this text:
"I want immediate access to the digital content and I agree that delivery starts now. I acknowledge that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once the download is made available."
If you buy without giving this consent [where the checkout allows it], delivery is postponed and you keep your 14-day right of withdrawal. [Legal review: confirm the checkout flow with the Merchant of Record.]
Statutory rights for faulty digital content are not affected by losing the right of withdrawal.
Model withdrawal form
[Legal review: attach the statutory model withdrawal form (Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU) for cases where the right of withdrawal still applies.]
