Know exactly what every flip earns. This Reseller Profit Tracker logs each item from purchase to sale. It calculates platform fees for you and shows your real profit, ROI and days to sell across eBay, Poshmark, Vinted, Mercari and Depop, in USD, EUR or GBP.
What it does
- Inventory & Sales log: one row per item (500 rows ready). Choose the platform and status, then fees, net payout, profit, ROI and days to sell fill in automatically
- Editable fee table for eBay, Poshmark, Vinted, Mercari, Depop, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, Whatnot, Local/cash and Other. It supports commission %, fixed fee, payment processing, fees on shipping and tiered flat fees (like Poshmark's under-$15 fee)
- Fee override per sale for promoted listings, discounts or anything unusual
- Multi-currency: log each item in USD, EUR or GBP, and the dashboard converts everything to your home currency using rates you control
- Expenses tab: supplies, mileage, subscriptions, promotions and more

Which platforms are included?
Fee presets for eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop and Vinted, plus custom slots. All fee rates are editable, because platforms change their fees and they differ by country.
Does it work outside the US?
Yes. Currency symbol and fee percentages are editable, so you can use it in the UK, EU, Canada or Australia.
Does it follow the UK tax year?
Yes. The UK Tax Year tab totals sales, fees, costs, expenses and profit from 6 April to 5 April in GBP, by month and by platform, and compares your gross income with the £1,000 trading allowance. It is a record-keeping aid, not tax advice.
What exactly do I get?

Does it work on a Mac or iPad?
Yes. Open it in Excel for Mac, Apple Numbers, or Google Sheets in your browser or the Google Sheets app on iPad. No macros, so nothing is blocked.
Can I use it in Google Sheets for free? Do I need Excel?
You don't need Excel. Upload the file to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets, which is free with a Google account. It also works in Excel 2010 or newer, LibreOffice and Numbers.
Is it a one-time payment?

Do I get lifetime access and free updates?

Does it work for Canada (CAD and metric units)?
Yes. The currency symbol is editable, and you can use metric units (grams, kilograms, centimeters, kilometers) where the sheet asks for units. Prices on this site are in USD; your card converts automatically.
Can I share or resell the file?
The license is for one person or one business. Please don't share, resell or redistribute the file.
