What's inside
Which sourcing trips actually make you money, and which stock is getting old? This Reseller Inventory & Sourcing Tracker logs every thrift run, bins visit, estate sale, flea market and liquidation lot. It shows the true cost of every item, ROI per haul and source, and which unsold items to mark down next.
What it does
- Sourcing Trips tab: one row per trip or haul with haul spend, trip costs (gas, parking, entry fees) and hours. You get items logged, all-in cost per item, sell-through, revenue, profit to date, ROI and profit per hour
- Inventory tab: pick the Trip ID from a dropdown. Purchase price is optional: leave it blank and the rest of the haul is split equally over the unpriced items
- Trip costs are spread over each item, equally or in proportion to item cost (your choice)
- Aging stock: days in stock, an age bucket (0-30, 31-60, 61-90, 91-180, 180+ days), a suggested action and a suggested markdown price for every unsold item. Buckets, actions and markdown % are editable
- Dashboard: items and cash tied up in stock, average age, sell-through, profit to date, average days to sell, best source type, a stock-aging table, your 10 oldest unsold items, ROI by source type and monthly sourcing spend vs sales, with 3 charts
- Haul check warns when item prices add up to more than you paid, or when part of the spend isn't assigned to any item yet

FAQ
Do I have to price every item I buy in a haul?
No. Purchase price is optional. Leave it blank and the rest of the haul spend is split equally over the unpriced items. Trip costs such as gas, parking and entry fees are spread over the items too.
How does the aging and markdown part work?
Each unsold item gets its days in stock, an age bucket (0-30, 31-60, 61-90, 91-180, 180+ days), a suggested action and a suggested markdown price. You can edit the buckets, actions and markdown percentages.
What exactly do I get?
One .xlsx spreadsheet file, delivered as an instant download link after payment. Nothing is shipped.
Does it work on a Mac or iPad?
Yes. Open it in Excel for Mac, Apple Numbers, or Google Sheets in your browser or the Google Sheets app on iPad. No macros, so nothing is blocked.
Can I use it in Google Sheets for free? Do I need Excel?
You don't need Excel. Upload the file to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets, which is free with a Google account. It also works in Excel 2010 or newer, LibreOffice and Numbers.
Is it a one-time payment?
Yes. You pay once. No subscription, no recurring charges.
Do I get lifetime access and free updates?
Yes. The file is yours to keep and use for your own business for as long as you like, and future fixes and updates to the same product are free.

Does it work for Canada (CAD and metric units)?
Yes. The currency symbol is editable, and you can use metric units (grams, kilograms, centimeters, kilometers) where the sheet asks for units. Prices on this site are in USD; your card converts automatically.
Can I share or resell the file?
The license is for one person or one business. Please don't share, resell or redistribute the file.
